No matter what those fancy continental countries may think about their vaunted education systems and oh--so--refined brains, they can really say whatever they want -- the facts on the ground point to only the triumphant Irish as being the best when it comes to IQ tests.

#5: You'd Better Believe We're Damn Practical.
We never had to deal with a huge colonial network expanding halfway across the globe -- we were too busy tending to our own unfortunate situation at home, and trying to find novel solutions to imposed problems, which left us mighty pratical.
Despite the incredible amount of hardships that have befallen us in the past, no one has come through like the Irish have. That practical sense has translated perfectly into our IQ--test dominance.
#4: All Our Super--Smart Types are Crammed in to Dublin.
While our famous Celtic Tiger has been hit plenty hard by a housing crisis and financial system that has done us no favours, a city like Dublin is still unique in the world -- we have a huge amount of highly intelligent people all concentrated there, working hard.
