When it comes to selling a home, particularly in the current real estate market, you really need to put effort to do everything to be able to stand out from the competition. For out-of-town buyers and potential buyers in your neighborhood, invest in color postcards and mail them. If you find that the price is simply lower than what you are needing then perhaps you should sell your home in the future. It is a huge mistake to list your home at a price that will get no movement.
