All of us were once there, too, and we know how terrifying your first visit can feel – but it is really not scary at all. We strive to make your first visit as easy and inspiring an experience as possible.

What should I expect on my first visit?
For your first visit, come as you are. We are not going to put you through any strenuous tests, so street clothes are just fine.

When you come in for your first visit you will be greeted by a Customer Service Representative.

Then a Membership Coordinator will meet with you to understand your needs for health and wellness. They will ask you about your fitness goals, interests and health history so together you can set a reasonable time frame in which you can achieve those goals. This helps us determine the best membership option for you.

The Membership Coordinator will take you on a tour of the club and explain the various equipment and services available to you.

The Coordinator can also do a free Visual Fitness Planner assessment with you during your first visit. This is a computer program that actually shows you what you will look like – from all sides – at 10, 20 or 90 pounds lighter. You will also see how changes to your overall fitness plan will reduce your risk of heart disease, stroke, cancer and diabetes.

What happens after I join?
After you join we will set you up with everything you need to be successful.

We will book your first Fit Fix Orientation to learn how to safely and effectively use our equipment, including our patented Fit Fix Circuit, which is a quick and easy 30-minute workout.

In addition, we will:

Give you your very own copy of our 7 Steps Workbook, which you will learn how to use during your orientation.
Provide you with a Group EXercise schedule and help you choose the best Group EXercise class to start off with.
Give you a free tan coupon to experience the benefits of our GoodLife Smart Tan Tanning Salon.
Provide you with seven day gift memberships to share with your friends and family. These are one-time-only gift memberships that are valued at over $105 each! (Research shows that working out with a buddy increases your commitment by over 50 percent.)
If you purchase Personal Training, we will give you with your Health Solution Guide and let you know when your Personal Trainer will contact you to set up your first appointment.
If you have children, we will provide you with a child-minding schedule and explain how the service works.
